I’m about to put a p90 in the neck of Les Paul. This will work for that PU combo as well?

Yes, it sure will. To a large extent the ToneShaper has separate circuits for the neck and bridge pickups, so you can do different things with them. You could have a regular tone for the P-90 and a push/pull for the humbucker. We’ll update the site to make it easy to select such a config.

I’m pretty hot to get this for my number one LP. I have one more question – why are only three pots included when the LP has four?

Hey Billy, just emailed you regarding this. For the rest of you reading this I should clarify that there are four pots, but one isn’t visible in the photo because the PC board is mounted to it. This allows the other three pots to float, so that the control spacing isn’t critical, the unit will fit in Gibsons, Epiphones, Burnys, etc, even if their pot spacing is inconsistent.
